Insiq AI ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our analytics platform and services.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Billing information: processed securely through our payment provider
• Communications: when you contact us for support

2.2 Information collected through our SDK

• Prompt data sent by your application users to LLM providers
• Metadata: timestamps, token counts, model used, response times
• User identifiers you choose to pass (e.g., anonymized user IDs)

2.3 Automatically collected information

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited
• Usage data: features used, interaction patterns with our dashboard

• To provide and maintain our analytics service
• To classify prompts, detect intents, and generate insights for your dashboard
• To improve and optimize our classification algorithms
• To send you service-related communications
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Prompt data collected through our SDK is processed to extract analytics insights (intent classification, service detection, sentiment analysis). We store this data on secure servers hosted in the European Union.

We retain processed analytics data for the duration specified in your plan. Raw prompt data is retained for a maximum of 90 days unless you configure a shorter retention period.

We do not sell your data. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Infrastructure (cloud hosting), payment processing, email delivery
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We never share, sell, or use your end-users' prompt data for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing our analytics service to you.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, and regular security audits.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics dashboard does not set cookies on your end-users' browsers.

For customers who require it, we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that complies with GDPR requirements. Contact legal@insiq.ai to request one.
